Outing continued

As we walked down the street we collected quite the group of interested people.  You need to keep in mind that many of these people may have only seen a white person on TV so they think we are pretty cool.  Every wave in their direction makes them giddy with excitement.  Especially when I wave to the girls that are around middle school aged.  They run off and giggle with their friends.  It is so cool to watch.
This is where our group ate lunch.  It was a nice chinese restaurant.
Joan and the driver posing for the camera.
These people do not any piece of land go to waste.  Even the inches next to the road are filled with gardens to supply good food.

This is grandma.  In China they do not put down the children until they are around 1 year old.  I mean they really do not take them off their chest or back for 1 year after birth.  They still carry it like they were pregnant.  It is healthy for the babies development because it grows well during this crucial time (the 1st year) in a comfortable environment (moma).

Well in America, with a mom who had two babies in one year, that would be hard. Mom:)
