I have been trying to get a shot like this for so long. The babies do not wear diapers here so the babies run around with all of their beautiful parts hanging out for the world to see. Every once in a while you will see a proud parent holding their child over a trash can for them to eliminate waste. Sometimes it is just done right on the sidewalk. This is a part of culture I am glad we do not have in the USA. It made a good pic though.

wonder how often they get pee down the back of their neck?
I was wondering the same thing. Thankfully I have not seen that yet.
